Staff at the helpdesk can provide guidance on library services, such as the library search, using databases, and finding items in the library buildings. The Library helpdesk is located on the ground floor of the Albert Sloman library (Colchester), the library at Loughton (East 15) or at the Info Point in the Learning Hub, The Forum (Southend).
Online chat is only available when our libraries are closed. Currently it operates according to the Albert Sloman Library (Colchester) opening hours, so if the Albert Sloman Library is closed then online chat will be available.
