We know there's a lot going on during exam season, so we'll be doing some things a bit differently at the Albert Sloman Library to support you.
Remember we're here to help, so speak to a member of library staff with any questions or queries and we'll point you in the right direction. There are no silly questions!
As well as staff on the Ground Floor and Helpdesk, roving staff regularly patrol the library - so we can advise you on where to study.
The Library is open for 24 hours during the exam period, from 9am on Monday 9 April until Thursday 7 June.
From Monday 16 April Library staff will be here
Security staff will carry out regular patrols overnight but may not be able to answer enquiries about library services. Try using LibChat, our online chat service or checking Frequently Asked Questions. Alternatively you can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll respond during the times indicated above.
There will be an extra silent zone in the Student Collection on the first floor. The silent zone on floor 5 will also be available.
Save your spot in the Library for up to 20 minutes, by using one of our take a break flyers.
Just pick one up at the Helpdesk or on the landings! Just remember to take all your valuables with you.
We will also have a Take a Break area on the Ground Floor of the ASL from 23 April with beanbags, games and colouring books.
Text us any time on 07557 290664 to report noise and a member of staff will come along as soon as possible.
Here you can get access to all past exam papers, broken down by department.
