All students and staff of the University are entitled to use the Library. When you register as a student at the University, the registration card you receive also serves as a Library card. New staff members will be issued with a staff card when they sign their contract at Human Resources this card also serves as a Library card. Only registered students and staff of the University can access online resources.

On written request, the Librarian may at his discretion admit, for reference only, persons who are not members of the University. Please see the section on partner institutions and visitors for me information.

Under the terms of the SCONUL Vacation Access Scheme students from other higher education institutions in the UK and Ireland whose members of the Society of College, National and University Libraries (SCONUL) may have access to the Library during the University's vacations. Borrowing privileges and access to electronic databases are not included in this scheme. You will be required to bring your Student Registration card and sign the Visitors' Book at the Library Circulation Desk (entrance floor).
